Return Policy

You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and you have 15 days from day of purchase to return merchandise. All purchase returns must have an RA number. Returns must be in the original box with all packaging  and documentation, including manuals, warranty cards etc including all accessories. Original box must not be marked or damaged. Returned products must be in original condition with no sign of use.   Some items, such as Special Order are subject to a re-stock fee or are non-returnable.  Consumables are non-returnable.  If you are unsure of this policy, you should call our customer service line.
