Wiring Connections: The mini-plug sleeve (cable shield) connects to XLR pins 1 and 3, while the mini-plug tip (cable center conductor) is wired to XLR pin 2 through a 4.64 kohm resistor. Additionally, there’s a 100 ohm resistor from XLR pin 1 to 2.
