The Hot Rod PL Mount for Micro 4/3 cameras is a click-in/click-out adapter which requires no camera modification and has a unique support foot which when mated with the appropriate support allows you to use all 35mm native PL mount lenses safely. This adapter also allows use of other popular D-Cinema PL mount lenses that are not compatible on 35mm film cameras, such as the Angenieux DP series of lenses (16-42mm and 30-80mm) and the Red Pro Prime 18mm. This mount works with micro 4/3 HDSLR size cameras (Panasonic GH1/GH2, GF-series, Olympus Pen Series..etc) as well as larger HD camera systems like the AF100.

The Hot Rod PL features a professional shimmable flange; this feature is a 100% requirement in order to have accurate lens focus marks. This PL mount adapter system is designed to be compatible with multiple Hot Rod and selected 3rd party support systems to isolate unwanted play in 4-axis. Mount includes a durable Delrin PL mount port cap.
