Talamas Digital Cinema serves commercial and feature production, content producers film, lighting, and pro audio rentals and sales.
Talamas is seeking a Rental Account Manager who will be responsible for negotiating and coordinating rentals with clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with rental clients
Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential rental clients
Take incoming rental calls and generate price quotes for rental clients over the phone and over email
Provide equipment recommendations for clients’ needs and requirements
Negotiate Deals
Provide equipment preparation notes for each job and coordinate with the Rental Technicians for specific equipment preparations
Schedule equipment demos whenever necessary
Assist Accounting with rental account billing matters
Interact with the Talamas staff to communicate status of current jobs
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates Degree
Knowledge digital cinema cameras, lenses and accessories and audio
Previous sales experience is desired
Exceptional customer service skills (courteous, responsive, resourceful and possess attention to details)
Thorough understanding of production process, set positions, camera reports, and line-item reports
Problem-solving skills and thinking outside of the box when necessary
